I’m moving from and ADC based ADT system, and it looks like my cameras aren’t supported in the surety based ADC portal? Is there anything I can do to fix this? I know they’re ADC compatible… but maybe there not allowed to be used for anyone else?
The camera I’m working with is an “OC845”

Unfortunately, these are ADT proprietary cameras. These can only be used on ADT alarm.com accounts.
