Adjust the chime type for the ADC-VDB750

Configure the ADC-VDB750 chime type to match the chime connected to the device. There is an option to select no chime.

To adjust the chime type using the Alarm.com Website:

  1. Log into the Customer Website.
  2. Click Video.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired video device.
  5. Click Video Device Info.
  6. Using the Chime Type dropdown menu, select the appropriate chime type.
  7. Click Save.

To adjust the chime type using the Alarm.com Mobile App:

  1. Log into the mobile app.
  2. Tap Doorbell Camera.
  3. Tap Settings Gear
  4. If there are multiple doorbells, tap to select the appropriate doorbell camera.
  5. Tap Chime Type to view the options available.
  6. Tap to select the appropriate chime type. A Checkmark will appear next to the selected type.
  7. Tap Back Arrow.
  8. Tap Save.
