When I go to add Sonos as a new device, I get this error: You do not have permission to access this.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
To clarify, is that as soon as you try to visit the audio page in the Alarm.com app, after selecting Sonos, or after trying to sync your Sonos account credentials?
