I’ve added a new panel and got the imei added through secure message . I tried to activate the lte cell radio in the settings on the iq2 panel and it’s saying something about creating an account before the lte radio can be activated . Any ideas ?
The IQ Panel 2+ has a setup tutorial and may indicate this if the panel and ADC have not spoken yet. It looks like the system in question is communicating fine with ADC and receiving commands right now. Are you still seeing this issue?
