I have a Qolsys panel being monitored by another company with Alarm.com service. I tried to add Image Sensors to the panel by giving my monitoring company the mac addresses for them, but they were 2GIG Image Sensors and so did not work. I’ve now purchased 3 Image Sensors from suretyDIY, but am having the hard time reading the mac addresses on the label and do not know how to add them at the panel. What should I do?
Adding via the panel should be very easy, but will require the installer code. Is your monitoring company willing to allow you access to the installer code so you can add them traditionally? Do you already have this 4 digit installer code?
