Adding garage door coverage
It looks like you may have recently added Liftmaster MyQ support to your plan. Is this what you are referencing?
If so, to link a MyQ device to your account visit the Alarm.com website (not the app, the setup steps are not available in the app).
On the Alarm.com website go to Settings > Manage Devices > Add a Device to find the option to add MyQ garage devices. Follow the steps to link your device.
If you have a different type of garage device that you need help with please let me know in reply.
I got it fixed Jason, thank you! It was still connected to the old alarm system and I had to get it released
