Hi, I just want to confirm - to add a second alarm at another residence, I need to have two separate Surety Home accounts, and purchase service via the second account? I already have one Vista 20p on alarm.com via the SEM300 and want to get service for identical equipment at another address.
Then I can link the two accounts on the alarm.com app, but on the Surety site, they would be two separate accounts with two separate logins?
No, you can use one login on suretyhome.com to manage both subscriptions.
Just purchase a subscription using the same suretyhome.com account and you’ll activate your new ADC account on our website. You can then link the two ADC accounts together after activation.
I will soon be setting up a new system for a second home, and I wanted to be sure I am clear on the process for this.
When I look through all of the sections available on the website under My Surety Account, I don’t see any way to add a second account/location. So do I just start at Get Started with Surety | Home Automation & Security Products as if I am doing this for the first time, but just do it while logged into my existing account?
Side question: is it possible to have each location use a different payment method? I manage/track the expenses for the properties separately and it would be ideal if I could use a different credit card for billing on the second property.
Each system in use requires its own Alarm.com account. To obtain a new Alarm.com account, you can purchase the desired plan via our website.
When purchasing, login to your existing Surety account to make the purchase. This will ensure both service accounts are nested under the same Surety login. This will make billing a lot easier and one less set of credentials to worry about.

Yes this is possible. You can make the new service plan purchase using that other payment method as well.
