Please check your welcome email with initial log in instructions. All suretyDIY clients are given access to programming and an initial default installer code with instructions on how to change it to one of your liking. The email subject includes “Welcome to suretyDIY” if you need to search for it. This video shows how to add a key fob.
If you have deleted your welcome email without changing your installer code, or you need it reset, please email customerservice@suretyDIY.com and they would be happy to resend or reset as needed.
