Add myQ Liftmaster to Alarm.com to control the garage door

How can I add emPower features to Alarms.com so that I can include my Liftmaster MyQ gateway to control my garage door through Alarms.com?

Hi Eric,

It’s enabled on your account. The problem is probably just how hard it is to find the link to add MyQ devices in Alarm.com. Log into the Alarm.com site and go to Settings => Devices => Automation Devices. Scroll down to the bottom and there’s a link for “+ LiftMaster Installation”.

Sorry, I wish it were more prominent.

Thanks for the reply but that option does not exist. When I login to Alarms.com and go to settings I do not have an option for “Automation Devices”.

Ok, I found it. You have to go to Settings --> Devices --> Automation Devices
Then the LiftMaster Installation is on the bottom right.
