I cannot connect my camera to my Alarm.com app I hold the button til it flashes white and then go to phone settings and click on the 780B and as soon as I do the camera flashes red then when I go to the app I select my internet user name and the camera only gets to 4% and shuts off and say unable to connect vamera.
First, make sure the doorbell battery is fully charged.
Next, can you try and perform a factory reset of the doorbell? To enter this mode, press and hold the button for 76-180 seconds. The LED should flash Alternating Red and Green. Then, wait for the doorbell to boot up and try adding the doorbell to your account again.
