After installation today my doorbell is detecting motion and people well and sending alerts, but I can’t stream video on the app on my phone or tablet. I restarted the doorbell and forced its connection to 2.4 GHz but still no luck. Any suggestions on what I might try?
I don’t think it’s related but I’m also only getting app alerts when I push the doorbell button but it doesn’t sound the chime on the house circuit. I have verified 18 VAC on the pins when I remove the doorbell from the plate.
