Hello guys, I’m looking for dorbell camera and I really like ADC-VDB770 but am not sure about how to install it. During installation video it says that I would need to connect the new camera to already existing wired dorbell, but my dorbell is not wired it is connected to chime by bluetooth. I’m wondering if there is a way to use batteries or any other means without having to drill in order to connect my chime to dorbell camera.
The VDB770 does not connect via Bluetooth and battery power only is not an option. Drilling will likely be necessary.
Additionally, at the time of this writing, there is not a battery only Video Doorbell that is compatible with Alarm.com.
