Here is a screenshot of what happens when trying to add the camera.
It’s not connecting to the network at all.
New router, new switch. There must be something else.
Are you able to click the Install button in the app, or is it grayed out ?
Are you trying to connect this device via the mobile app? Instead try the Alarm.com website, any change?
It is indeed greyed out. Trying on my PC doesn’t yield a different result.
Are you manually adding the MAC in, or is the camera automatically appearing when its connected to the router (but the Install button is grayed out)
Can you confirm that the MAC printed on the camera matches what is showing up in Alarm.com.
Have you tried a different ethernet port on the router? What about the ethernet cable?
Additionally, when trying via the browser, what browser are you using? Are you using a browser on a laptop or computer?
