I just installed a ADC VC 726 outdoor camera via PoE. On the “Live Video” tab of the camera settings on my computer, I cannot change the “Image Quality”. It is greyed out. Any idea why? Thanks!
The image quality settings actually are fixed and cannot be adjusted on all '25, '26, and '36 models.
I’m not sure why this description wasn’t added by ADC to the settings page. I have made a request to Alarm.com to get this info displayed on the website.
