ADC-V723 can see live with SVR, but not "live" with iOS app

ADC-V723 being used at remote location (I’m not physically there currently). Camera is accessible with selecting SVR tab, saved videos triggered by events are being captured, but “Unable to connect to camera” error when trying to use “live” view. Why is it doing this? thanks.

Is it just one camera experiencing this issue or all of them?

That device is reporting a failure to communicate and is not responding to automatic or manual ping attempts. It appears it has lost connection to ADC.

So that cam is still able to communicate across the LAN and record to the SVR?

The first step would be to reboot that camera and reboot the router. Does the camera regain connectivity to ADC?

Right. So what that means is it has lost connectivity to the internet but is still on the local Wifi. The first step would be to reboot that camera and reboot the router. Does the camera regain connectivity to ADC?
