Adc-v520ir no audio

Cannot hear anything in the app. No audio icon or anything. Whats going on. I facotry reset the camera and set up again twice. Currently on the $4 video plan. Says it supports 2 way audio. What gives

The plan supports audio, but that camera model does not.

Models that support audio:
