Been fine for the last couple years and I even have the isolation relay installed.
All of a sudden I started to get system protect message, then timer runs out then trips 30 seconds later. Doing that constantly now.
Installed my old Honeywell basic thermostat and system is running fine.
Are the newer ADC thermostats internal relays better designed to avoid the system protect and more forgiving?

Yes, the T3000 used digital relays and was designed to be very sensitive, the other models use physical relays and are more forgiving on electrical deviations.

We do not have any plans to stock the Alarm.com RTS Remote Temp Sensors at this time. As always, compatible equipment can be purchased elsewhere and still be used with service.
