I’m receiving an F6 Error about a stuck relay.
What do I need to do?
I do not see an active trouble condition for the thermostats on your account. Can you confirm if this error message is still occurring?
Can you provide a photo of your thermostat wiring for the affected thermostat?
Was the thermostat unable to engage heating at the time?
The error message has disappeared. Heating has been able to engage. Don’t have a photo of the wiring, but unit has worked flawlessly since being installed two plus weeks ago. One thing to mention, unit doesn’t appear to mount securely into the base and any off center pressure when pressing the buttons will cause it do dismount and show a message about being off the base. This happened just prior to this F6 message and I wondered if it was related. I have been careful, mostly, to not disconnect the unit from the base when making adjustments using the buttons.
