I have not been able to get my doorbell to work for about a week. I have been instructed by Redditors to uncheck video conferencing, but I have iPhone and no Google network that is referenced. I need help because the app is just spinning when my doorbell is pushed. I am uncomfortable not being able to see who is outside. HELP!!
Can you try using both your Wi-Fi and cellular data on your phone? Does it do the same with both?
Can you also try powering down the camera and leave it powered down for about 5 minutes then power back on
