Are these water/leak sensors legit? I can’t find details on alarm.com or surety’s website about them and only place to purchase is eBay and one other online store.

If it’s legit, will it work with my powerG IQ4 panel? They look to be zwave, so assume it would be.
That is a water sensor made for use with the Alarm.com automation only hub. The S40W does not work with any alarm panels, and we do not support the automation hubs.

Yes, the SWV100 and SWV150 are supported.
