Hello, I downgraded my qolsys Iq2+ from 2.7.0 to 2.63 and it erased all my settings and devices. Ive added them back but now when I try to edit any rule, even one I just made I get a “Your not authorized error” Even the built in thermostat ones that have no delete button are now unviewable. Heres a link to a screen recording I made.
In short, Alarm.com is aware of this issue and a fix will be going out sometime soon. I do not have an ETA, but we have had a couple other people report this and they are already working on it.
What it appears to be caused by is a removal of devices associated with existing rules, which looks like it is causing an error and not clearing out the device instances in Alarm.com.

Correct, If I make a new rule and want to modify it, I cant. I have to delete and re-add to make a change.
