ADC email with communication error

I keep receiving an ADC email with the following error:

Home: Samsung SM-N920P has not communicated with our servers for 24 hours as of 12:13 pm on Wednesday, September 21 2016.

Can’t figure out what the issue is. Any suggestions?

That’s referring to a smartphone which was set up as a push or geo device. This would mean that the phone in question has not been active and currently shows as a malfunction in Alarm.com.

If you have restarted the phone without re-opening the Alarm.com app, that might be a cause. Or if the phone has been turned off for a while.
