ADC email verification


Each time I log on to ADC it asks me to verify my email. Each time I select “verify” but I never receive an email. I have confirmed the address is correct and I have checked all folders, sub folders, and junk folder but never receive an email. Can you help? Thanks.

Note that there may be a short delay on the email, and be sure to double check default folders as well as any you have created, such as “promotions,” if they exist.

It appears the email verification is actually complete now on the account being referenced here. Please let us know if you still need any assistance.

I received an email from ADC shortly after posting this. As you stated, it must take a few days to receive it.

It should not be days. That would be indicative of email servers failing to forward properly. But I am glad it was resolved!
