Changed my router again and removed doorbell. Attempted to re add back on adc and it tells me I don’t have permission to add doorbell. Could someone add it or explain what I need to do to be able to add it. Thanks
There is a short delay between deleting a video doorbell and being able to add it again. Unfortunately the error message ADC displays is a bit misleading, but this delay has been occurring for a while now, and it seems to just take a little time to fully clear the doorbell registration from Alarm.com.
If you wait about 30 minutes you should be able to add the doorbell normally.
It actually looks like a doorbell may have been added since this message was posted. Is that the one you are referencing?
