ADC-2000 Thermostat Schedule Issue

No, there would be no need to power cycle everything at the same time.

Generally for this error these are the main things I would look for:

  1. Z-wave network signaling/routing is bad for that device. Your responses suggest this shouldn’t be an issue, but I cannot verify the actual connection data with any diagnostics for non-Surety users unfortunately. It would be good to have your current provider look at dealer tools to make sure that your Tstat shows neighbor nodes and good signal quality.
  2. Incompatibility, but your responses wouldn’t suggest an issue there either. Just to make sure though, are you running any other Z-wave controllers? Is the GC2 a secondary controller in the network?
  3. Software error. I would try updating firmware if possible, though this is a long shot and your current firmware should work fine.
  1. I’ll ask
  2. Gc2 is primary
  3. How do I update firmware?

When you say the GC2 is primary, do you mean it is the only controller or do you have another Z-wave controller? Can you describe the network if you have another controller?

Firmware on the GC2 can be updated either via OTA through Alarm.com (via your provider, they may or may not support this) or via the firmware update cable. It is good to check with your provider first to see if they have any reason you shouldn’t update (some may only provide tech support for certain versions, etc.)

FIXED
my dealer did a firmware update and it works now
Thanks for all the support
