Accessing System Manager

I just recently started Surety services and was able to get my Alarm.com account setup and logged in. However, when I try to access the Surety System Manager it prompts me to create a new Alarm.com account and says my module is already tied to an Alarm.com account.

Is there anyway to bypass this step so I can continue with getting my system setup?

Im showing that the account was created. Looks like there might have been a back end issue. Looks like it was resolved. Try accessing System Manager again. Any change?
