Access to Energy Usage information

Hi, over the past couple of days, I haven’t been able to access my energy usage information on alarm.com, but it works on the app.

I use Chrome, but I’ve tried different computers, and also tried MS Edge, still have the problem. Is there an outage or is it my account?

I’m seeing the same thing on a test account. Likely a bug with a website update. We’ll report it to ADC in case they haven’t gotten reports of it yet.

Hi, it was working yesterday the one time I logged in, now its not working again today. You seeing the same, also?

I hadn’t checked again yet. However when I look at one today I still see the error.
