Hey guys Question thinking about switching to u all for monitoring does ur all monitoring center or r they able to set up an option so that if a system low bat or failure to communicate or tamper is there a way to set up for the Alarm Monitoring center to call even though the system is disarmed we use to have this feature when we had Adt but I can’t get brinks to do so as well several other things and im looking for these features in search for the new monitoring service wanted to see if ur all monitoring center could provide this or not ??

No, system low battery, fail to communicate, sensor tamper, or panel tamper, do not generate calls from central station operators.
However, you can get notifications setup through Alarm.com to receive text, SMS, or email if these conditions occur.
If a customer was wanting this type of level of protection to where the monitoring center does call on these is there a way to set up a special request I know monitoring centers allow special request
