Hours and Open/Close Events for Access Control Accounts Without Panels - Business
Alarm.com for Business accounts with Access Control but no security panel can now use Business Hours and Business Hours Templates. For these accounts, Location Open/Close events are generated from Access Control lock and unlock activity rather than panel arming and disarming. Look for this release later in the week. “Keep Watching” Pop-Up Added to Live View for Web
Alarm.com updated the Live View experience on the customer website with a new pop-up that allows users to seamlessly extend their live stream before it times out. If a video stream approaches time-out, the new pop-up banner appears with a countdown timer and a “Keep Watching” button. Clicking the button allows you to extend their viewing session. Initial Rule and Schedule Menu Option Updates
Alarm.com updated the user website’s “Add New Schedule” and “Add New Rule” menu options, as shown when creating the first schedule or rule on an account, to make them consistent with the menu options displayed when creating additional rules and schedules. Alarm.com website > Automation
Connected Fleet Vehicle List Sorted Alphanumerically - Business
With this update, vehicles are now always sorted alphanumerically, replacing the previous method of sorting them based on the length of their longest trip. Alarm.com website > Fleet

Resolved an issue that had the potential to cause Remote Video Monitoring (RVM) and other video rule notifications not to trigger properly in specific arming sequences. This issue only affected recording rules that were configured with a panel state exception on accounts with multiple partitions. With this update, these notifications now trigger as expected.
