We have discovered an issue occurring in our monitoring station partner’s network which is preventing new account activation for users with professional monitoring included in their subscription.
Our monitoring station’s IT team is currently working to resolve this issue. We will update this thread with additional information when available.
If you do not have professional monitoring included in your subscription order you will be unaffected by this.
