7/1/2020 10:10 am EDT Module Activations - Verizon (Resolved)

Alarm.com has become aware of a technical issue which may cause the activation of some Verizon modules to be delayed. Existing customer accounts and other carrier module activation are unaffected.

We are working with Verizon to resolve this issue and will give an update as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience as we address this matter.
