Surety has received multiple reports of Alarm.com Radio Not Responding trouble alerts being received by users this morning despite cellular signaling appearing unaffected.
It looks like these may be errant alerts in many cases if sent the morning of 6/18/2021.
We are working with Alarm.com to resolve this issue.
