Hello, as stated when the panel is armed or disarmed the camera will disconnects from Alarm site after 15 minutes and remains that way for over an hour. It is connected wireless, yes antenna is connected, I tried to port it then I just placed it in DMZ. Still does the same thing. After it reconnects its all good. I can go on my router and see that the router is showing data around 30 - 60 MB/s is being transmitted. The site just doesn’t see it for an hour or so. I went through the camera, rules, recordings that only happen if an alarm is triggered. The IP doesn’t change either. Any thoughts?
It appears you are using an older firmware version for the camera. You may want to try updating the firmware to see if this fixes your issue.
Login to your Alarm.com account and go to Video -> Video Device Settings -> Video Device Info
From here you can update the firmware for your camera.
There is no direct link between Arm/Disarm at the Panel and the Camera as the two do not communicate with one another. So the issue is likely software related or network related.
Have you noticed the camera losing connection outside of the stated parameters? As in, does it ever lose connection without arming/disarming the panel?
When my v520IR or V610PT drop /lose connection from ADC. it is usually a result of a network/LAN issue that I can usually resolve by a reboot of the modem and the wireless router, and then a power cycle of the cameras.
