So I installed the new radio control LTEV1 for my 2gig system. Now do I contact adc and inform them. Wasn’t sure what the next step is ?
The next step is to navigate to the System Manager section of your Surety account and swap the module on the back end. This will associate the new module with your Alarm.com account. After that you will need to run a cell test at the panel to re-establish connection to service.
