2GIG Z-Wave Function Not Available

Unable to add Z-Wave Devices. All Z-Wave options are on in the installer toolbox:
Q79 = 3
Q80 = 1
Q81 = 1
Q82 = 1

When I choose to add a new Z-Wave device I receive the response in the attached picture - “The panel’s Z-Wave controller is not able to perform this function due to its current state or configuration.” I have reset the Z-Wave Controller more than once.

I guess I should ask a question :)… How can I fix this and get the 2GIG to allow me to add a Z-Wave device?

Strange. And you have reset the controller from the advanced config menu?

Just to verify, are you using the 2GIG panel as a secondary controller to another Z-wave controller?

You might want to update your panel firmware. current is 1.16, but I would stick with 1.14.01

IF you have smoke detectors, Codes require Q46 to be set to “0”
Q20 Swinger shutdown count is now code required to be set for “2”
