2gig Vivint Panel

Hey team,

I have searched the forums and been working on this panel for a while now
no luck =[ any help would be greatly appreciated

I have a 2gig vivint panel with a NEW ADC Gsm module
that is not communicating with ADC getting error code “APN axlr.oes2.p” when I run cellphone test.
(2gig tech suppport has never heard of this error?)

I have tried “walk test cancel 3x, phone test, wait 15mins phone test”

I have tried multiple times to factory reset the panel no luck.

I have flashed the panel to a variety of versions 1.10, 1.14, 1.17, 1.16
and the vivint logo and installer code has not been reset.

Q44 - 0
Q45 - 0
Q91 - 1

I have tried the GSM module in another 2gig panel and it works no problem.
This vivint panel was just working so I am confident it is a software issue and not the panel.

Is there something I am missing?

You are using an unlocked 3G verizon module or AT&T module? And you have alarm.com service plan on that cell module?

You cannot unlock/provision a Vivint panel without having the back end Q reset via airfx by new ADC (alarm.com) service provider.

You may need to replace the panel if you cannot successfully have it connect to the ADC back end and Airfx.

This is the important part. I’m not seeing a suretyDIY subscription associated with this question. You would need to sign up and get connected to our service in order for these items to be reset.
