2gig thin - learning

the sensor is not learning on popping up on the panel once trying to install, is that something i am missing? going to installer code , sensors , detect sensor and active the sensor and nothing

Looking at the account that your username is linked to, it appears your system is an IQ Panel 4 with 319.5 Mhz radio.

The 2GIG DW10 is a 345 Mhz sensor which is not compatible with the panel on your Surety account.

From our return policy, orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase only if equipment is in full working order with no visible damage or wear-and-tear and is returned complete, with all parts and accessories including mounting hardware and tape, in the undamaged original packaging. A restocking fee may be applied for returned items that do not meet this criteria.

Items can no longer be returned after they have been physically mounted/installed as this permanently modifies them with screw holes and/or mounting tape, etc

  • Are any parts or accessories missing?
  • Has it been physically mounted/installed?
  1. Serial number from the item:
  • For all wireless sensors provide the serial number and Sensor ID

Feel free to take a clear picture of this information from the packaging and submit it in reply. This should be done in as few photos as possible.

Once we have that information, we can get the RMA process started.
