2GIG takeover module low battery

I installed my 2GIG takeover module today and all the zones are working great, however the panel reports low battery on each zone. I went out and bought a brand new 12V battery and have tested it will a volt meter and this did not fix the issue. I then power cycled the panel, unplug from wall and internal battery, and waited a minute and restarted and this did not fix it.

Here is a picture. I have the battery connected to the original circuit board and to the wires coming out the take out module. I have the 12+_ screw in ports on the take module connected to the aux port on the original circuit board. I the + zone wires connected to the take out module and the - zone wires I left on the original circuit board. I have the main power to the original circuit in the ± on the original transformer for that board.

I have unplugged the original circuit board and the panel from the wall in order from the to run on battery and then plugged them back in (I saw in a video you had to do it in the order or you would get a low battery).

I am not sure what else to try to get rid of these low battery issue.

After about 13 hours the system report the battery was no longer low. I guess it needed a while to fully charge. All is good at this point.

Glad you have it set.

One thing to mention regarding the photo, it looks like you may have the Takeover module inside the metal housing of the old panel. This is not recommended, as the metal can affect signaling. If you leave the metal cabinet open it will help though.
