SP1 panel connected to WiFi but not paired to control panel. Will not pair. Main panel connected to same WiFi, however fails internet connections on network test
The first step will be to ensure that the GC3 panel is connected to Wi Fi properly. If the panel is failing the wireless network test, try power cycling the 2GIG GC3 panel, transformer first, the internal battery. Wait a couple minutes then plug in the internal battery followed by transformer. Once powered up, remove the GC3 from wi fi and re add. After re adding to wi fi, does the GC3 pass the network test? If so you will want to try and re pair the SP1.
