2gig panel struck by lighting

So my home was struck by lighting this past week and I am having problems with certain zwave switches. I have one that is giving me a problem which is binary switch node #12, it keeps causing my system to go into problem alert and I attempted to remove it, I have to physically remove all the zwave light switches and replace them with new ones. In my system record can you see which switch is or was Node #12?

Your panel is not reporting a device in Node 12 for your Z-wave list, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to provide data on a device cleared from the panel.

You may be able to identify it by elimination, viewing the names of your other switches in Alarm.com.
