2Gig Panel 2-Way Voice not working

Please assist. It has stopped working.

Looking at the account, it looks like this is in reference to testing done on 12/1, correct? Interestingly it looks like this is indeed an issue with the panel initiating the 2-Way Connection. The central station history indicates that they are not receiving a full connection prompt.

I am working with Alarm.com to determine the cause. As a test, we’ve removed and re-added 2-way as a feature. Could you place your system in 2-way test mode and try tripping an alarm again when available? Does this resolve the issue? Let us know when you test and we will have Alarm.com look over the event details with us to diagnose.

Just did the 2-way test, and it seems to be working now. Thank You.
