Your best bet is to reach out to your current dealer and ask them for assistance. If they are not willing to budge on allowing you access to programming, ask for policies on programming access before you pick a new dealer.
Some full service providers lock programming because if you change something and it impacts the system, they might have to incur the cost of rolling a truck. DIY providers should have no problem allowing you access (if fact you’ll obviously need it!).
