Hello everybody! Does anyone knows what kind of module is tis?(2GIG-LTEVV-A-GC2). Is it LTE for Vivint? If I will replace the sim with a Verizon sim will it work? I want to activate it with Surety. (Alarm.com) Thank you, Robert.
That model number is not one I am familiar with unless it is a typo.
It should be either 2GIG-LTEV-A-GC2 or the more recent 2GIG-LTEV1-A-GC2
If it does have an extra V, yes that is probably a Vivint module. Looks like there was a related support question regarding the IMEI which reported as dealer or region locked. That would be why.
The only place I see modules listed with that model number is ebay, and the seller also is selling what appears to be other used Vivint products.

No. You cannot replace the SIM card in an Alarm.com module, doing so will render the SIM locked (this is separate from the dealer registration lock Vivint stuff has, if you tamper with the SIM on any Alarm.com module it will be locked out). Only the original SIM shipped with the module will work.
You will need a new, compatible module. (2GIG-LTEV1-A-GC2 is the current model)
