If I order the LTE upgrade module for my GC2, do I check off the box for free month of monitoring and then $5.00 afterwards to get the free month? I am already a subscriber.
Or do I leave it unchecked and you guys know to issue the credit automatically?
Neither. Order it through your Surety account, not the storefront. A free month will be applied manually.
To do so, log in to your Surety account, click on Subscriptions, then on the Upgrade to 4G LTE Module button. This way a new service plan is not included (like it is through the public storefront)
