Why are the cameras flashing red and no image?
On an HD100 camera, this indicates wifi connectivity issues. Have you tried power cycling the cameras?
If power cycling does not get them connected, have you changed your router or ISP recently?
Have you changed the network security key or other wifi settings?
Can you help me get my cameras working?
We need them working and don’t knw how to do it.

The prior description indicates that the cameras are unable to connect to the wireless network. If you have made any changes to the network SSID, password (network key), router, etc., then the cameras would no longer have the correct wireless credentials.
If this is the case you will need to connect the cameras via a patch cable to your router and update the wireless settings. To do so log into Alarm.com and access the Video tab, click on Video Device Settings, and select Wireless Network for the camera you are working on.
If you have not changed any wireless settings on your router, or are using a new router, have you power cycled these cameras?
