2GIG Glassbreak Low Battery

Hi,
I replaced the batteries after getting this warning. And the warning still didn’t go away.
I read the forum stuff on this. But I can’t figure out if I need to reset my system or what to make the warning go away.
Can you help?
Thanks

There are a few things you can try to get the warning to go away before rebooting your system, but first lets ensure that:

-The new batteries are fresh and before their use by/best by date.
-There is no corrosion on the Glass break battery housing terminals.

Have you tried testing the sensor to get it to send a signal to the panel?

Try removing the batteries from the Glassbreak for 2-3 minutes and then reinstalling them. Any Change?

If this won’t clear the low battery warning, you can try deleting the Glassbreak at the panel and then re adding it. How to remove a sensor from a 2GIG Panel and then How to learn in a 2GIG Glassbreak. These videos should help you with the process if you need them.
