2GIG GC3e panel unresponsive

Today my panel suddenly stopped communicating .
While booting , it takes a lot longer than normal , goes to about 99% with the GC3 firmware displayed and result 0 but does not continue into the operating system .

Have tried unplugging the battery and power , wait a few minutes then power on .
Have tried removing the cell module then power on .
Have tried a hard reset but the buttons don’t appear to be responding either

Did you recently update firmware or add any devices to the system?

If you power the panel off completely for 30 minutes, then try booting up without the battery connected do you notice a difference?

Hello Jason,

Did not update the software , did not add any devices .

Removed the battery and try powering out of a different outlet , still not booting up

I talked to 2GIG technical support and they these are signs the panel has hardware failure. The only troubleshooting steps than can be performed is the power reboot in hopes it can fully power up when retying.

From the link below, you can use the current backup on a GC3 or a GC2e. There are also instructions if you would like to perform a restore on one of the compatible panels.

If not, you can upgrade the panel to an IQ Panel 4 with the 345Mhz Radio or an IQ4 Hub with the 345Mhz Radio so you can reuse all your sensors just that the sensors will need to be programmed manually.

all understood ! Thank you kindly for calling support on my behalf !
You guys are awesome
