Can anyone advise about how to update a GC3 control panel’s firmware to version 3.2? 2gig’s website says to get that from your dealer. But, sureitydiy doesn’t seem to offer this service.

GC3 firmware is updated via a USB flash drive plugged into the USB slot at the top of the panel. The USB drive must be empty aside from the firmware file.
