Does anyone have experience with ease and compatibility of a 2gig GC3 panel and Honeywell window sensors, motion sensors and fire alarms? I have the panel installed, I just need to pull the trigger on which sensors to buy.
Honeywell and 2GIG sensors operate on the same 345Mhz frequency so either should work with the GC3. In terms of ease of use (installation and association with the panel) they are fairly identical.
Are there any specific sensors you are looking at?
5800PIR, 5808W3, and 5818MNL
You should have no trouble with those sensors and the 2GIG GC3 panel.
