2Gig GC3 3.1.2 and Schlage FE599

I recently updated my firmware on my 2Gig GC3 to 3.1.2 and now every time I enter through my door with the Schlage FE599, I get an annoying error message. See attached photo. Please help!I tried removing it from system and adding it back to the system, same result.

Interesting. We will check with 2GIG to see if this may be known.

Does it matter which code is used at the lock? If you haven’t tried any other codes could you try one to see if the alert shows up?
